ICONOCLAST is a South London-born art and culture production company dedicated to empowering, showcasing, and collaborating with artists, creators, journalists, and individuals whose stories can often go unheard.
We want to focus on providing a platform for emerging talent and underrepresented voices alongside recognised artists alike, offering the opportunity to share their unique perspectives and creative expressions with an audience ready to celebrate these mixes of voices.
Our mission is to champion those who deserve recognition but may not always have the access, ensuring that their work is celebrated and their narratives are brought to attention. By creating meaningful collaborations and celebrating authentic, diverse talent, we aim to create a space for innovation, conversation, and growth within the arts and creative media landscape that we believe currently is becoming harder & harder to find.
Another important part of our journey is to remain grounded in the physical, real-world experiences, ensuring our creative vision and stories transcend our sometimes suffocating digital space.
We are committed to producing a printed magazine that serves as both a platform for in-depth storytelling and a tangible good that showcases the diversity of voices, art, and culture we support. In addition to the magazine, we try to actively curate and host in-person events, providing opportunities to connect, share, and engage in meaningful discussions alongside creating documentaries & other media pieces related to our genre.
These events include exhibitions that celebrate the work of our shown artists, talks surrounding our concepts, and screenings of documentaries or films created by Iconoclast or its network of involved artists.
These physical experiences allow us to bring people together in real time, creating a sense of community and offering immersive, engaging encounters with art, culture, and storytelling that can’t be replicated online. we aim to create spaces that spark conversation, challenge perspectives, and inspire collaboration accessible to anyone interested enough, not just the “top 2%” of artists.
For the accessibility of those who can’t obtain our magazine, media content or events there will be digital copies of the magazine featured here & on our social medias, alongside our films, media content & events, documented here & on our social medias also.
